Addressing our Unconscious bias is an important step in creating a just and inclusive workplace. This course looks at why bias emerges, its impact on the workplace and what we can do to address it individually and collectively.

This course provides psychological information on how our behavior may be influenced by bias and looks at what we can do to reduce or eliminate its impact on our working relationships and the decisions we make.
